Every sample undergoes Semen, Sperm, and Saliva testing, ensuring a comprehensive analysis. Additionally, we conduct human blood testing when deemed necessary, ensuring that our testing is thorough and conclusive, leaving no room for uncertainty. Should we confirm a positive identification, we provide an additional service of follow-up DNA profiling. This step further enhances your confidence in the results, offering you a complete and unequivocal understanding of the situation.

ORDERING YOUR TEST

We offer two different types of lab tests: non-destructive and destructive. In the non-destructive testing approach, we use a swab to collect a sample from the stained areas. This way, there is no damage to the item, and there are no obvious signs of testing. The destructive testing process involves extracting the stain directly from the map of the fibers by carefully removing small cutouts from the stained area of the sample. While this approach does result in minor damage to the item, it is strongly recommended. If you’re not sure which test to choose, please contact us. We’re here to help you figure out the best testing method for your situation.

AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER

After you have placed your order it’s time to ship us your sample. For your convenience, we offer a sample packaging kit  that is shipped directly to you. This kit contains the directions and materials for collecting and storing your sample and a prepaid return mailer for sending your sample to us. If you would rather ship the sample on your own, directions can be found in our handling, storing, and shipping samples FAQ.

TESTING PROCESS

Our four-step testing process begins with a thorough visual examination of the sample. Our skilled laboratory technician will examine the sample to identify any stained areas. An alternate light source is also utilized to illuminate any hidden or inconspicuous stained regions that may not be visible to the unaided eye.

Once the technician has identified all stained areas on the sample, they will extract the stain via your chosen method (destructive or non- destructive).

The testing process begins with a PSA (prostate-specific antigen) test. PSA is a protein produced in the prostate gland and is a major component of seminal fluid. It is an effective indicator for detecting the presence of seminal fluid as it is present even in cases involving individuals who have undergone vasectomy or are azoospermic.

We further confirm the presence of semen through a microscopic examination. We use a special stain to illuminate and visualize sperm heads.

For the detection of saliva, we conduct a HSA (human salivary amylase) test. HSA, a crucial protein in saliva and contains the enzyme α-amylase, which is primarily responsible for breaking down polysaccharides. The detection of HSA in infidelity cases can indicate the occurrence of oral sex.

In some cases, a test for human blood (HEM) might be necessary. Hemoglobin (HEM) is an essential component of red blood cells and contains an oxygen-binding heme group. Detection of blood on a sample can be possible due to indiscernible menstrual or vaginal bleeding from intercourse as well as postcoital bleeding.

To ensure the utmost accuracy, every case undergoes a review by a second technician once the testing process is complete. This step guarantees that your results are as precise as possible.

RESULTS

Within 3-5 business days after we receive your sample, you will receive a comprehensive report detailing your test results. The results are typically sent to the email address provided when you place your order, however if you’d prefer an alternative delivery method for your results, we are more than accommodating. Your convenience and confidentiality are our priority.

DNA TESTING

Once we have positively identified semen, sperm, saliva, or blood, the next step to confirm infidelity is DNA testing. DNA testing is an exceptionally valuable method for establishing infidelity as it can determine the following:
  1. If the sample contains human DNA
  2. If the DNA on the sample belongs to a male, female, or a mix of both.
  3. If the DNA on the sample matches a provided reference sample or belongs to an unrelated
    third party

The process of DNA extraction and comparison requires two things: a reference sample from you and the sample in question. A reference sample is a buccal swab (swab of your saliva). The sample in question can be any item, such as clothing, a condom, used tissue, or a feminine product.

The first step entails detecting the presence of human DNA on the sample, isolating the DNA, and generating a DNA profile. Next, we compare your DNA from the reference sample with the DNA from the item. If you’re a male, we will determine if there’s another males DNA on the item. If you’re a female, we will determine if the DNA on the item matches yours or belongs to another female. If you want to prove that the item contains your partner’s DNA, we will need an additional reference swab from your partner for comparison.

Do you suspect that your partner may be cheating on you? Have you found an article with a suspicious stain? Noticed a change in their behavior? Want to prove they’re having an affair and need answers FAST? Maybe you just need a peace of mind to ease your suspicious? Whatever it may be, we have you and all your infidelity testing needs covered. We understand that this may be an emotional time in your life, and you need some answers before making a life-changing decision. That is why we work with you and guarantee the most accurate, sensitive, and conclusive infidelity testing. No other lab offers the combination of testing procedures included at no additional cost. Semen, Sperm, Saliva testing is included on every sample. We also include human blood testing on samples when it is warranted. If a positive identification is made, we even offer follow- up DNA profiling so you can be 100% confident in your results.

With all our laboratory tests, the first step is ordering the test.

We offer two different lab tests: non- destructive or destructive. During the non- destructive testing process, the stained area of the sample is swabbed, and the swab is used for testing. This enables the intact article to be returned to you and shows absolutely no evidence of testing at all. During the destructive testing process, we extract the stain directly from the map of the fibers by taking small cutouts from the stained area of the sample. Confused on which test is best for you? Give us a call today and we will be more than happy to evaluate your situation and give you the best advice.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email that contains an order number. Write this number on a piece of paper along with your name, description of the sample you are sending, the date the sample was worn (if applicable), along with any other information that may be useful (see shipping and handling FAQ). You can package the sample in a paper envelope or paper mailer. Place the package containing the sample and the paper containing the information into a larger paper envelope or mailer and ship it to SSDI 2450 Hollywood Blvd, Suite 700, Hollywood, FL 33020. Once we receive your order we will begin the testing process.

Our 4- step testing process begins with a visual examination of the sample. During this process, the laboratory technician will carefully examine the sample. The technician will first examine the sample with the naked eye to visualize any stains that may be present on the sample. The technician will then use an alternate light source to examine the sample and determine if there are any other stained areas that may not be visible to the naked eye. Once the laboratory technician has determined the area(s) of the sample that should be tested, they will extract the stain from the sample. The second step in the process is the PSA (prostate specific antigen) test.

PSA is a protein that is produced in the prostate gland and is one of the major proteins secreted in seminal fluid. The high amount of PSA present in semen makes it an excellent marker for determining the presence of seminal fluid.  PSA can indicate the presence of seminal fluid even in cases involving vasectomized or azoospermic individuals. We further confirm the presence of semen through our microscopic examination phase. During this step, we utilize the Christmas tree stain technique to visualize sperm heads. The final step in our testing process is the HSA (human salivary amylase) test. HSA is a protein that is a major component of saliva. The enzyme α-amylase is found in particularly high concentrations in saliva and primarily serves to break down polysaccharides. When HSA is detected in infidelity cases, it can indicate that oral sex was performed. In some cases, a test for human blood (HEM) may be warranted. HEM (hemoglobin) is one of the most important components of red blood cells because it contains a heme group that binds oxygen. Detection of blood on a sample can be possible due to indiscernible menstrual or vaginal bleeding from intercourse as well as postcoital bleeding. To further ensure that your results are as accurate as possible, every case is reviewed by a second technician once testing is complete.

The testing process should be completed within 4-7 business days of sample receipt.

We want to ensure you get your results not only as fast as possible, but also as privately as possible. Upon the completion of testing, you will receive a report of your test results. The test results are generally sent to the e-mail address provided at the time the order is placed. Don’t want the results emailed? No problem! We can deliver the results through whatever means you prefer.

Unlike many other infidelity testing companies, our testing process is unique. We recommend a full laboratory test prior to any DNA testing so that you do not waste your time and money on unnecessary testing. After positive semen, sperm, saliva, or blood detection is made, the sample can be extracted for DNA and the profile can be compared to a known sample for inclusion or exclusion of a suspect.
